8 décembre CODE PINK: Colors are sexist and insensitiveThis is too good not to post on. Found this on MSNBC:
I never knew colors could have sexist or homosexual tendencies. Apparently they can be a threat to diversity and tolerance, and those who utilize these colors can be held responsible for supporting the message that their color choice represents. Demeans women? I showed my wife this and she said she was offended that someone would suggest that pink demeans women.
I have a simple solution -- lets paint everything in rainbows so that all the colors are representated equally. Of course in rooms where the lighting is excessively dark or light they will have to compensate with the color tones, or else face litigation from the American Color Liberties Union for unfair and unequal representation. In other news, at the Crayola factory, Blue was ordered to seek therapy for depression, red denied it had an anger problem while accusing yellow of lacking a spine, indigo, lavender and plum complained that violet gets too much attention, and tickle-me-pink denied pedophile charges.
UPDATE: I wonder how CODE PINK feels about this. Or Howard Dean.
