Three easy ways to answer this question:

 

1)  The RNC has put together an excellent video of Democrats saying the same things between 1998 and 2003 that today they accuse Bush of lying about.  Both sides will play politics when they can, but to do so with our national security while troops are in harms way, executing the mission of the Commander- In- Chief is a new low and borders on treason.  Our Founding Fathers are rolling over watching this pathetic episode.

3)  Fact Check it.  FactCheck.org concludes that the President did not lie.

 

But let's go beyond the lying question.  What about the 500 tons of uranium in Iraq that was reported by the NY Times?  What about the 1.7 tons of partially enriched uranium which an FAS scientist was quoted by the AP as saying that this was sufficient material to manufacture at least one nuclear warhead.
